Cancellation Policy: All classes must be reserved one hour prior to class. If you need to cancel your class, classes must be cancelled at least two hours prior to class to avoid a class fee. Clients with packages will automatically be charged one class. Clients with unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 class fee.

A total body toning class, integrating pilates, dance, and strength training to reshape the entire body. It's non-impact and targets all major muscle groups, sculpting arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs.
This is a shortened Body Sculpt for our on the go clients. Same burn and great toning as our traditional Body Sculpt class, in a 45 minute class.
Some like it HOT! and we aren't talking about the room- temperature .. Your muscles are sure to be torched through 30 minutes of sweating, shaking, and sculpting at the barre, followed by 30 minutes of intense burning exercises on the floor, combining HIIT, kettle bells, PIYO, and band work! You are sure to turn up the heat in every muscle group in this hour long class!!
Two heart pumping, beat dropping classes infused into one! This full-body cardio jam session of POUND, Rockout combined with resistance and strength training of body sculpt barre! This 45 minute workout fuses cardio, barre, isometric movements, plyometrics and whole lot of fun and energy! Burn between 400 and 600+ calories in 45 minutes: strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out at your favorite barre! This total body conditioning/sculpting class is an intense workout and is not recommended for a first time barre client, due to the intensity of the cardio and fast pace.
A total barre conditioning class combining the heart healthy benefits of cardio with the strength and toning of Barre fitness. This class incorporates the powerful feeling of boxing combined with the static flow of pilates/barre. This one hour class is taught in blocks that move you in and out of boxing, pilates and barre. (1/2 lb. gloves are provided for the workout.)
BAR TO BARRE
A 50/50 class combining of the use of The Body Bar® and our traditional body sculpt barre, utilizing strength & conditioning, and balance & alignment. Build strength and tone the entire body in this 60 minutes sculpting class.
abs & assests
a strength conditioning class designed to target those dreaded zones "below the belt"; a 45 minute class to tilt, tuck, and tighten with non-stop isometric moves to "tighten the tush" and "cut the gut"!
BARRE BANDS EXPRESS
a total body toning class, integrating pilates, dance, and strength training with the use of resistance bands to reshape the entire body. Resistance exercise stimulates the development of small proteins in muscle cells, strengthening and conditioning the musculoskeletal system, improving muscle tone and endurance.
Our Barrelates class incorporates station training utilizing the Allegro 2 machine, EXO pilates chair, barre, mat work, and TRX (Pilates Suspension Method). Your entire body will be challenged in strength, stamina, and balance. This class is typically 50 minutes of circuit and core training.
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
In our BARRE MIX class you get one hour of an amazing mash up of workouts! The class begins with 20 minutes of the best of barre, followed by 20 minutes of intense cardio burn, ending with 20 minutes of strength training.
This class is a combination of TRX suspension training and our traditional Body Sculpt class. BarreX is a 45 minute class (20 min. barre, 20.min TRX, 5 min stretching).
